We're Cody and Isabella, the owners of Aspen Ridge Properties LLC and hosts of our own successful short-term rental, Western on Waterbury in Meridian Idaho. Since launching our rental in 2024, we've consistently maintained Guest Favorite and Super Host status by creating exceptional experiences and providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest.
Our backgrounds complement each other perfectly. Isabella has a passion for interior design and has completed real estate school, bringing an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry. Cody is a dedicated career firefighter who grew up working in the construction industry. His flexible schedule allows him to continually develop his skills in contracting and property maintenance, ensuring every home is well cared for and guest-ready.
After years of traveling and staying in short-term rentals ourselves, we discovered how much we enjoyed creating a safe, cozy, and memorable place for others to stay. That passion quickly grew into a desire to help other property owners achieve the same success.
